Visiting Cairo being one of my dreams, I decided lately to pay a visit to your lovely city, touring the Coptic Museum is my aim as I heard of the so many interesting objects and items displayed in this Museum, would you tell where is the location of this museum, the means of transportation to reach the place and the official visiting hours?

The museum is situated in Mar Guirguis street, Misr El Kadima. You can use various means of transport to reach the place.
· You can either use the subway from any downtown point and get off in Mar Guirguis station, or
· Use any public bus, direction El Maadi, get off station Misr El Kadima police station, you then cross the street on foot to Mar Guirguis subway station, or
· Use a private car via Kasr el Eini street, Amr Ibn El Ass street then Mar Guirguis Street.

Visiting hours, daily start from 9 am to 5 pm.

· Office luggage at the entrance where personal luggage is kept during 
the visit.
· Souvenirs, guides directories, cards…etc available at the boutiques annexed to the Coptic Museum.
